Steel Project Manager

A leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist is currently looking for a permanent Steel Project Manager in North London. You will oversee multiple structural steel projects across Central London, taking ownership of complex projects and managing site teams to deliver on programme and quality.Start Date: ASAPSalary: 70,000 – 80,000 per annumContract: PermanentHours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: North LondonDuties:Managing 4 live sites concurrently, with 4 Site Managers reporting directly to youTaking full responsibility for the successful delivery of steel projects from planning through to completionPreparing, reviewing and updating project programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are achievedCoordinating site activities, labour, subcontractors and resources to keep works progressing smoothlyLiaising with clients, design teams and senior management to provide regular updates and resolve technical or operational issuesOverseeing all health & safety requirements across sites, promoting a culture of safe working and compliance with regulationsProviding strong leadership, guidance and mentoring to site teams to drive performance and maintain high standards of workmanshipRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steelNVQ Level 6 qualificationStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneouslyWorking Pattern: Office in North London and sites in Central LondonIf you are interested, please send your CV for consideration.Type: PermanentCategory: Architectural Metalwork & Small StructuresDate Posted:
