Commercial Property Solicitor, Wiltshire, 2-5 Years PQE, 55,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who wants to work on a varied and interesting caseload, develop strong client relationships and be part of a team that combines significant experience with a genuinely approachable working environment. JOB REF:5568.THE ROLE:• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property development and associated transactions• Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues on larger or more complex matters• You’ll have direct client contact and the opportunity to build relationships that develop over the long term.
