The role will suit an established Partner considering a move, or an experienced senior lawyer looking for greater responsibility and the opportunity to shape a practice.Role Profile:You will advise on commercial real estate transactions, build client relationships and play an active part in developing the practice.Depending on your expertise, your work could encompass acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, investment transactions and development projects.Alongside your own client work, you will help support and develop junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s business development activity.Candidate Requirements:You will bring strong commercial property experience, sound technical judgement and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.We are interested in hearing from:Existing partners exploring a new platform for their practice.Legal directors seeking a route to partnership.Business development experience and a clear view of how you would contribute to the practice will be valuable.
