Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities include: Month-End & General AccountingPrepare journals, prepayments, accruals, provisions, and other balance sheet entriesReconcile intercompany balances and support settlement processesLiaise with divisional finance teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of central transactionsAssist with management accounts preparation, including variance analysis and commentaryComplete assigned balance sheet reconciliations to a high standardGroup & External ReportingContribute to monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly group reporting submissionsSupport statutory audit preparation and provide relevant documentationAssist with the preparation of statutory accounts and external regulatory submissionsRespond to queries from central and external stakeholdersProvide support on invoicing queries and payment allocationsForecasting & BudgetingCollate inputs for business plans, including costs, revenues, and KPIsAssist with budget and forecast submissions for central entitiesSupport weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting to ensure adequate reservesCost Centre & Systems SupportPrepare actuals and forecasts for central cost centres to support spend managementManage purchase requisitions and receipting of goods/servicesProvide training and guidance to non-finance users to ensure accurate data entryPlease get in touch for more details: Please get in touch for more details: / We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
