Investment Analyst – PERE – French/German

Job Summary
I’m working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team.This is a genuine principal investing opportunity, working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets.The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:️ Deal sourcing and screening️ Investment underwriting and financial modelling️ Acquisition execution and due diligence️ Investment Committee papers and presentations️ Market and sector analysis️ Portfolio and asset-level analysisWe are looking for:️ 1–2 years' experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or a transaction-focused real estate environment️ Strong Excel and financial modelling skills️ Experience underwriting real estate investments️ Excellent analytical and academic credentials️ Strong interest in European real estate investing️ Fluent French or German is highly desirableThis would suit an ambitious Analyst looking to move into a high-quality European PERE platform, with meaningful exposure to investment decisions and transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions throughout Western Europe.
