Resource Management Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to hire a Resource Management/staffing & Professional Development Specialist to support a dynamic consultant population in a fast-paced, commercial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years+ staffing, resource management, workforce planning, or talent deployment experience who enjoys building relationships and influencing business outcomes. What you’ll be doingSupport the day-to-day staffing and deployment of consultants across client engagements.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees to understand development needs, career aspirations, and project requirements.Provide staffing recommendations that balance business priorities with employee development.Monitor resource capacity, utilisation, and project demand.Support performance and professional development processes, including promotions, reviews, onboarding, and talent planning.Act as a trusted point of contact for your consultant population and wider business stakeholders.About you2 years minimum experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, talent deployment, recruitment operations, or a similar people-focused role.Experience within a mid-sized to global consultancy, professional services firm, or other fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business needs.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
