This is an excellent opportunity to work with high profile clients in a creditor led practice offering innovative strategies for debt and asset recovery, supported by bespoke case management systems and advanced MI reporting.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of defended litigation and asset based recovery matters, including:Acting for finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial clientsManaging cases independently and advising clients by phone, in writing and in personProgressing litigation across small, fast and multi track matters from pre issue to enforcementDrafting pleadings, evidence, court documents and correspondenceAdvising clients on strategy and commercial approachMeeting client reporting requirementsResponding to new client enquiries and cross referring internally where appropriateResearching new issues and developing creative solutionsComplying with firm wide and SRA proceduresSupporting and mentoring junior team membersContributing to business development and marketing initiativesKeeping up to date with legal developments and best practicePromoting the firm's core values of client focus, teamwork and progressivenessCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:Minimum 3 years' PQE in defended litigationStrong background in Consumer Credit and Asset FinanceAbility to manage a busy caseload independentlyExcellent drafting, analytical and problem solving skillsStrong commercial awareness and client focused approachConfident communication skills across all formatsAbility to support junior colleagues and act as a role modelProactive attitude and commitment to continuous developmentBenefitsThe firm offers:Competitive salaryHybrid, remote and flexible working options (including compressed hours)Private medical insuranceLife cover25 days' holiday plus birthday leaveTraining and professional development opportunitiesContributory pension schemeHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact:Email: : / The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
