This national firm is known for combining high-quality legal work and supporting an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from established businesses and investors to national occupiers and financial institutions.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and ambitious team.You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:Acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant workAsset management mattersTelecommunications property transactionsNegotiating and drafting a variety of property-related agreementsManaging transactions from instruction through to completionSupporting business development, networking and profile-raising initiativesMentoring and developing junior lawyers and traineesThis role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, providing excellent opportunities to further develop your technical expertise, commercial awareness and client relationship skills.Please note that development and energy work is undertaken by specialist teams, allowing this team to focus on general commercial property and asset management matters.Candidate RequirementsStrong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property mattersExperience managing transactions independentlyExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skillsA commercial and client-focused approachStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to become a trusted adviserConfidence working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholdersAn interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the practiceExperience supporting or mentoring junior team members (particularly at Senior Associate or Managing Associate level)Candidates will be considered at Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate level depending on experience.Why Join?Join a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector, offering high-quality work, an impressive client base and clear opportunities for career progression.
