The role offers strong support, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to shape long-term career development within a collaborative and inclusive environment.The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload involving commercial development, residential schemes, and emerging clean energy projects, acting for developers, contractors, consultants, and funders.Key responsibilities include:Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, alongside bespoke construction documentationAdvising on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and project security documentsSupporting real estate transactions and collaborating with wider legal teamsAssisting with construction-related dispute matters where requiredThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience.
