While strong general knowledge in this area is essential, they are also keen to hear from candidates who can bring a particular specialism to enhance the team's offering. This is a purely transactional, non-contentious role within a collaborative department that operates across several offices across Devon and Somerset. Leadership is central to the role and you will demonstrate proven experience supervising staff, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the success of the wider department.
