As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join a successful and expanding team, working on high-quality transactions for an impressive client base.This role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions and you will advise both lenders and borrowers on a variety of matters, including:Acquisition finance transactionsReal estate financeManagement buyoutsPrivate equity-backed transactionsClearing bank panel workCorporate lending arrangementsRefinancing and restructuring mattersComplex banking and finance transactions from inception through to completionAlongside transactional work, you'll work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, provide practical advice and develop long-term relationships.
