My client values that each team member plays a crucial role in driving transformation and innovation within the construction sector, creating a brighter and more sustainable future.As Estimator you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to 10m. Providing a unique in-house approach delivering value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high quality project delivery. Responsibilities of an Estimator* Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.* Source new products and suppliers as needed.* Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.Requirements for an Estimator * Minimum 5 years estimating experience.* Experience working on fit out / refurbishment projects with values up to 3m+.
