With an established Corporate Finance team and a healthy pipeline of M&A activity, the foundations are already in place for continued success.Your new roleAs Head of Transaction Tax, you will lead the development of a dedicated Transaction Tax offering, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder transactions.
