And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Cyber Technology Consultant is a deeply technical resource for Rockwell Automation technology, products, services, and solutions within their area(s) of expertise, capable of articulating capability, defining scope and benefits of Rockwell Automation’s Cyber Technology portfolio to customers.In this role, you will also deliver presales support and will be a trusted advisor to the sales organization and channel. You are responsible for technical support in pre-sales activities and support bid offer activities for a specific range of products, services & solutions within a defined geography.You will be part of the Global Sales and Marketing business unit and report to the Pre-Sales Technical Team Leader.The role can be based anywhere in Europe where Rockwell Automation has an office presence.Your responsibilitiesMain focus is to support SecureOT PlatformDeep knowledge of product capabilities and environment, able to navigate demo environment live with customers.Meet with customers early in sales cycles to present SecureOT platform capabilitiesAddress and resolve customer questions around the technical and commercial solutions being proposed – with deep technical expertise to support customer’s requests for demos, Proof of values and deeper technical reviewsCoordinate and collaborate with sellers, application consultants and proposal consultants and broader stakeholders to help facilitate critical information from a customer opportunity to the right teams in RA to develop and quote solutionsDevelop and extend technical knowledge across SecureOT Platform and the complete SecureOT Solution Suite.The Essentials – You Will HaveBachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering / technical, related field or equivalent.The Preferred – You Might Also HaveExperience in OT cyber security offerings and capabilitiesExperience in customer engagement / facing presentations and communications2+ years pre-sales, direct sales or consulting experience as an estimator, proposal engineer or other contract, project or Technology engineering focused positionDemonstrated understanding of larger Rockwell Automation Technology value including knowledge in Automation products including PLC, Standard Drives, Software, Networks and ideally good knowledge of third party productsGood Technology and industry knowledgeDemonstrated ability to work in a challenging environment with both internal and external customersStrong solution and Technology expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.Fluency with native language and strong command of English (written & spoken).What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to CalmEmployee Assistance ProgramPersonalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program... and other local benefits!Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.SummaryLocation: Kiln Farm, England, United Kingdom; Belgium Brussels; Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands; Spain Barcelona (Calle Álava); Czech RepublicType: Full time
