Consistent investment has created this opportunity to direct the team in a partially 'on the tools' role, working closely with the team. If a role investing in automation and growth is a challenge you are interested in delivering, then this could be a great opportunity to step up into a lead engineer or supervisor role.Your new role Delegating the team to jobs, answering queries to prioritise workload and managing safety and contractors will feature in your day-to-day role.
