M&E Supervisor Brighton 45,000 - 52,800 BriefM&E Supervisor needed for a large Facilities Management organisation based in Brighton who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded M&E Supervisor that takes pride in their work.The successful candidate must be an experienced supervisor with a strong background in mechanical and electrical building services within Hard FM. Along with being skilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple trades on site including grounds maintenance.BenefitsSalary: 45,000 - 52,800 per annum24 day's holidayPension PlanCareer ProgressionWhat the role entails as an M&E Supervisor:Supervise engineers, operatives, and contractors to ensure timely, quality completion of maintenance and reactive tasksMonitor KPIs and manage records in the CAFM systemConduct audits and inspections, generating reports and recommendationsEnsure accurate completion of paperwork and compliance documentationDeliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsChair monthly safety meetings and uphold health and safety standardsReview and approve risk assessments and method statementsPlan and oversee monthly PPMs and quality spot checksLiaise with clients and subcontractors, deputise for the Service Manager as neededWhat experience you need to be the successful M&E Supervisor:Experienced supervisor with a strong background in mechanical and electrical building services within Hard FMSkilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple trades on site including grounds maintenanceProficient with CAFM systems for managing reactive and planned maintenance tasksWell-versed in health and safety legislation, with the ability to review risk assessments and method statementsStrong organisational and communication skills for stakeholder management and reportingReliable and professional with a positive attitude and commitment to high standardsComfortable working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and using Kronos for daily site attendance recordingThis is a really fantastic opportunity for a M&E Supervisor to progress their career.
