In this role you will lead the Quality Department, managing a multi-discipline team (Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, Metrology and Scanning Engineers).You will own the quality management system, lead certification processes, oversee audits (customer and supplier), and drive targeted improvement to reduce non-conformances and variability in casting quality. You will also take the lead on customer quality, managing complaints, containment and corrective actions, and using data and quality tools to identify trends, root causes and long-term improvements.This is high-impact position with genuine ownership and accountability for quality performance.
