Project Development Energy & Infrastructure Senior Associate

A sector-focused international law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Energy & Projects team in London. Energy, infrastructure and transport are the firm’s core business, and it’s particularly well known for innovative financing on energy projects.This role is all about project development. You’ll advise banks, private equity houses and sponsors on their investments in and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure assets, dealing with the financing, corporate, trading and commercial issues that come up along the way.
