This is a senior opportunity for someone who enjoys high-quality privately funded work, wants genuine autonomy over their caseload and is ready to have a meaningful influence within a respected Family practice. The firm has an established reputation across the region, with a strong referral network and a client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families and successful business owners. Despite its size and reputation, the culture remains approachable, collaborative and entrepreneurial. The RoleYou'll handle a varied Family caseload, with financial remedy forming the main focus. Your work will include:Complex financial remedy and division of assetsHigh-value and international mattersPre- and post-nuptial agreementsCohabitation and property disputesMediation and alternative dispute resolutionDomestic abuse and harassment mattersCivil partnerships and modern family issuesPrivate children mattersAlongside your own caseload, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, develop professional relationships and contribute to the direction of the Family team. This is a role for someone who wants more than a purely fee-earning position and is keen to make their mark within an established practice. What They're Looking ForYou'll ideally be a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner-level Family Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE. You'll have:5+ years' PQE in Family lawStrong financial remedy experienceExperience handling privately funded mattersThe confidence to manage your own caseload autonomouslyExperience mentoring or supervising junior lawyersA genuine interest in business development and networkingStrong client relationship skillsThe ambition to take a senior role within the departmentAn existing following or established network would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
