Private Client Tax Manager – BristolBristol | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + BenefitsWe're recruiting a Private Client Tax Manager in Bristol on behalf of a highly respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client tax professional to join a specialist team, managing a high-quality portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, trusts and internationally connected clients.The RoleYou'll manage a varied portfolio of private clients, delivering a blend of tax compliance and advisory services while working closely with Partners and Directors.Key responsibilities include:Manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, private clients and trustsPrepare and review personal tax returns and complex tax computationsAdvise on Income Tax, CGT, IHT and wider private client tax mattersSupport clients with UK residence and international tax issuesAdvise on overseas income, gains and investmentsAssist with cross-border tax planning and double tax relief claimsSupport advice on trusts, estates and succession planningPrepare technical reports and written tax adviceDeal directly with clients, HMRC and professional advisersIdentify tax planning and advisory opportunitiesReview work and provide guidance to junior team membersBuild strong, long-term client relationshipsAbout YouYou'll have strong experience in UK Private Client Tax gained within an accountancy practice or professional services environment.You'll ideally have:CTA, ACA, ACCA or ATT qualifiedStrong personal tax compliance and advisory experienceExperience advising HNW individuals, families and business ownersGood technical knowledge of IHT, CGT and trustsExperience with international or cross-border tax matters advantageousExcellent client relationship and communication skillsExperience reviewing work and supporting junior team membersStrong organisational and technical skillsA proactive, commercial and client-focused approachWhat's on OfferHybrid and flexible workingHigh-quality private client portfolioSignificant advisory exposureHNW and internationally connected clientsLeadership and mentoring opportunitiesOngoing technical training and professional developmentClear career progressionSupportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive salary and benefitsLocationBristolEasily commutable from Bath, Keynsham, Portishead, Clifton, Filton, Bradley Stoke, Yate, Thornbury and surrounding areas.ApplyFor a confidential discussion or to apply, please contact Jack Wood:ð§
