Assistant Financial Controller

We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Financial Controller to join a successful multi-site organisation. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will support financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management and the continuous improvement of financial controls and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.Deliver financial analysis, reporting and performance insights.Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.Oversee statutory accounts preparation and support external audits.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Assist in driving finance process improvements and automation initiatives.Mentor and support junior finance team members.About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.Strong financial and management accounting background.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience within a multi-site or group environment is advantageous.A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset.What's on Offer?Opportunity to play a key role within a growing finance function.Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
