As an Evening/Early Morning Care Assistant, you’ll engage in activities they love and assist with essential personal care tasks, such as helping with bedtime routines and ensuring their well‑being—all while maintaining dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comfort & Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations to help clients unwind.
• Personal Care: Assist with evening routines, meal prep, and personal care.

We offer Award Winning training which is comprised of a mixture of e-learning from home and in‑house workshops. Leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed. We would love to hear from you if you are:

• An excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
• Driver with access to a vehicle.
• Compassionate and kind.
• A good listener, able to communicate clearly and build relationships.

What to expect as a Care Professional:

• Introductions and shadow visits
• Minimum visits 1-hour
• Matching process based on hobbies and interests
• Ongoing support from our friendly office team
• A fun, supportive and friendly office team
• A caring nature, and the desire to make a positive impact on others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to our clients' needs
• Aged 18 or older
• Full UK Driving Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (as you may be required to take clients out into the community)
