Across all our services we aim to ensure that people are provided with the right support and advice, and at the right time. Our Adult Care Services Connected Lives practice principles are very much aligned to core occupational therapy values, with the ultimate aim of connecting people to the life that they want to live. We work collaboratively alongside social care colleagues, as well as with our health partners, housing and care providers, and a range of community support services. The role will also include an opportunity to mentor and develop others.
