Aged 23 and above: £10.42 per hour plus personal sales commission. Aged 22 and below: £10.18 per hour plus personal sales commission.
Working in retail as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant really is unlike any other retail job. As a valued member in a small team, you'll help our customers visualise their projects, helping them to find just what they're looking for to make their tiling project happen. A sales assistant at Topps is more than just sitting at a till. As one of our service specialists you'll gain valuable sales skills, supporting our customers whilst driving revenue for the store. And, unlike other retail assistant jobs, you won't need to work late evenings, and you'll get 3 days off over Christmas. That's not to mention the commission you'll earn on each sale you help make happen in store.
The best bit? You don't even need to know anything about Tiles, or Retail!
If you're outgoing, friendly, have a positive attitude and don't mind lifting a few heavy boxes of tiles, then you're just the person we want to talk to.
So, that's a competitive basic salary, sales commission, no evening, Christmas Eve or Boxing Day working, plus training, development, and promotion opportunities for your longer-term career goals.
You'll love working for Topps and we can't wait to hear from you.
Due to health and safety reasons and the nature of the work in our stores, we would invite applications from those 18 or over.
Closing Date: Thursday 18 September 2025
