Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist – Join a Prestigious Law Firm Location: Fetter Lane, London Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (with occasional flexibility until 18:00), salary based on experience between £30,000 - £40,000.

Are you a polished, professional, and proactive individual with a passion for client service? They are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our respected law firm.

About the Role: As our receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll manage front‑of‑house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
• Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed

Working Hours

Core hours: 08:00 – 16:00

Flexibility required to work until 18:00 on occasion

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role (ideally in a professional services environment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation and a calm, confident manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive attitude
