Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant include but are not restricted to:

• Stimulate and encourage through a variety of activities (for example clothing selection, hobbies and crafts.)
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as grooming, dressing, and bathing
• Supporting clients with mobility
• Helping with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders
• Running errands such as food shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Performing light house keeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, washing and ironing taking out rubbish, caring for house plants etc.)
• Each client visit will last no less than 1 hour.

Qualifications

Previous social care isn't vital butfull right to work in the UK andaccess to your own vehicle is essential. We understand a work life balance is key to a great working environment, so we offer a range of shifts timings throughoutmornings, evenings and weekends suitable to for all lifestyles.
