We're recruiting for a rare opportunity to join the kitchen brigade of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Perthshire . This is a fantastic role for a focused and ambitious Chef de Partie looking to challenge themselves in one of the UKs most highly regarded kitchens.

Working under an accomplished Executive Chef and Head Chef and within a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elegant, seasonal tasting menu to the highest standard. This is a precision-led, calm and disciplined kitchen with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen (essential)
• Excellent technical ability and attention to detail
• Calm, organised approach under pressure
• Strong team ethic and a desire to continually improve
• Must be able to relocate to Perthshire or commute with own transport (no live-in available)
