Deputy Headteacher

The Grange Primary School is a welcoming and inclusive school committed to providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are currently seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team with responsibility for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).

Job Description

As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher with the strategic leadership and management of the school, with particular responsibility for leading and developing our EYFS and KS1 provision.

Skills and Qualifications

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead staff effectively
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
