This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping international clinicians integrate into the NHS system, while maintaining flexibility in your own working week.
About The Role
Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule)
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas‑qualified dentists
Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction
Attend relevant training and meetings as required

About You
Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number
Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in UK general dental practice
A genuine interest in education, mentoring, and professional development
Prior experience in teaching or supervision is desirable but not essential
