Administration Assistant

Location: Abbey Works, Catterick, DL10 7JQ

Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week)

Freedom's Networks team has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to support a small team of Project Managers and Lines Operatives from our office in Catterick.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Timely and accurate input of weekly timesheets to meet payroll and financial deadlines.
2. Raising and verifying purchase orders for subcontractor payments.
3. Requesting and managing Safe Dig documentation to ensure timely receipt for new projects.
4. Creating and uploading job packs according to project timelines.
5. Assisting with customer power cut requests, liaising with clients, customers, and operatives.
6. Ordering plant and traffic management resources from our internal hire desk.
7. Updating daily work programmes with completed tasks.
8. Submitting data to clients using MS Word or Excel.

Qualifications and skills we're seeking:

• Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills, particularly with MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to work independently, managing workloads proactively.
