We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Coordinator to join the Events by Benugo team at Science Museum Events. This role supports the Event Managers in converting enquiries into successful events, while ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional and friendly service.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Event Coordinator role:

• Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours via phone and email.
• Monitor shared inboxes, personal enquiries, and third-party listing platforms.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and event sheets
• Complete invoicing and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support site visits, tastings and client show-rounds, representing Benugo with professionalism.
• Work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a client-focused approach at every stage.

About the ideal candidate:

• Experience in eventor coordination within a London venue or events catering is desired .
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems.
• Passionate about food, events, and delivering memorable experiences.
