Overview
Be part of a warm, friendly team delivering person‑centred care for older people in Belong Chester. Under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager, you will support residents with night‑time and clinical needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee the health needs of all household customers and respond appropriately
Manage medication
Maintain written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans
Support the team with personal care
Contribute to clinical governance data and meetings
Complete relevant nursing audits
Provide holistic End of Life Care
