Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in the lives of those you support, helping people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support with eating, medication, and routine tasks
Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone
Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands
Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambitions

About you
