What’s involved?
Managing day-to-day tenancy and property matters
Coordinating maintenance works and contractor management
Carrying out property inspections and landlord reporting
Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Supporting compliance across residential properties
Managing residential blocks and wider property portfolios
What we’re looking for:
Previous Property Management experience
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confident liaising with landlords, tenants & contractors
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licenceARLA qualification advantageous but not essential
