What you’ll be doing
Managing a small portfolio of residential properties across Birmingham
Handling tenant queries, maintenance issues and contractor coordination
Conducting inspections, ensuring compliance, and keeping records up to date
Supporting lettings, renewals and rent reviews with precision and care
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service
What we’re looking for
