Your Role

You’ll support both our Commercial and Technical departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial:

• Administer tender processes and subcontractor documentation
• Maintain insurance trackers and COINS records
• Manage subcontractor accreditations via CQMS
• Process timesheets, payment trackers, and expenses
• Handle invoice and payment applications
• Maintain H&S and O&M manuals

Technical:

• Raise purchase orders and manage invoices/fees
• Update drawing registers and manage Premier Guarantee platform
• Assist with procurement and certification tracking
• Attend meetings and manage action logs

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in property administration
• COINS system knowledge is essential
• Familiarity with Bluebeam (preferred but not required)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and diary management
• Calm and efficient under pressure
