Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Coordinator located in Duxbury, MA. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing initial client inquiries, conducting pre-screen assessments, and coordinating client care. Day-to-day tasks include handling insurance verifications, maintaining client records, and working closely with therapists to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between clients and healthcare providers are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience with Case Management and Medical Terminology
Knowledge of Insurance processes and verification
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work in a compassionate, patient-focused environment
Prior experience in a behavioral health IOP/PHP setting strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
