A well-established law firm based in Didsbury is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Property Paralegal to join its growing conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities
Assisting fee earners with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements.
Conducting searches and reviewing title documents.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
Managing administrative tasks such as file opening, AML checks, and maintaining accurate records.
Providing excellent client care and regular updates on case progress.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing role (paralegal or similar).
Good understanding of the residential property transaction process.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy office environment.
A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail.
