Sports Minded Management Trainee

Competitive? Driven? Turn Your Passion for Sport into a Career

Full Time

London, England

At Legacy, we believe that the mindset of an athlete - discipline, resilience, and a drive to win - is what separates top performers from the rest. Whether you’ve played at a competitive level, thrived in a team environment, or simply love the challenge of pushing yourself to improve, this is your opportunity to apply that mentality to a career with uncapped earning potential and leadership opportunities.

This isn’t your typical 9-5. We thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where success is earned through effort, skill development, and a relentless drive to be the best. If you’re someone who enjoys competition, goal setting, and working alongside like-minded, ambitious individuals, this could be your perfect next step.

What Will You Be Doing?

Success in business - just like in sport - is built on strategy, resilience, and execution. You’ll be part of a performance-driven team, focusing on customer acquisition and brand growth, using a human-to-human approach to build real connections with customers.

Your role will involve:

• Engaging directly with customers, using persuasion and relationship-building to drive sales.
• Working towards performance-based goals, tracking progress and constantly improving.
• Collaborating in a high-energy team, where success is celebrated, and challenges are tackled head-on.
• Developing leadership skills, with structured coaching designed to fast-track progression.
• Embracing a competitive mindset, using strategies to outperform expectations and achieve new personal bests.

Who Would Excel in This Opportunity?

This role is built for someone who thrives in competitive environments and is driven by achievement. If you enjoy winning, improving, and setting new personal records, this could be the career path where your athletic mindset meets professional success.

You’ll excel here if you:

• Have a competitive edge and enjoy setting and exceeding goals.
• Thrive in team-based environments and understand the value of collaboration.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, results-driven culture that rewards effort and improvement.
• Have the resilience to push past challenges and come back stronger.
• Are motivated by performance-based earnings, the harder you work, the more you achieve.

Why Legacy?

If you’re looking for a career where you’re rewarded for your work ethic, competitive drive, and leadership potential, you’re in the right place. We provide an environment that challenges you, develops you, and supports your growth, much like the best coaching systems in sports.

Here’s what we offer:

• Structured Coaching & Mentorship – Learn from experienced professionals who will help refine your skills.
• Performance-Based Progression – Move into leadership roles based on merit, not tenure.
• A Competitive, Supportive Culture – Work alongside people who push you to be your best.
• Recognition & Rewards – From incentives to travel opportunities for top performers.
• Uncapped Earnings – No salary cap; your results determine your rewards.

The Practical Details:

This is a self-employed opportunity with an uncapped commission structure, meaning you control your income and success. Many of our top performers regularly exceed the advertised OTE, driven by the same competitive mentality that makes athletes successful.
