Care Assistant – Extra Care – Stratford - Upon - Avon – £12.90 Per Hour Bank Holiday Rate - £25.80 Per Hour

We are recruiting Care Assistants / Care Workers / Support Workers for both part‑time and full‑time care jobs. Shifts are flexible, with options for early (6:45am–3pm) , late (3pm–10pm) , and alternate weekend work .

Who we’re looking for:

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Care Worker:

• Provide personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
• Assist with medication administration
• Deliver companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Maintain accurate care records
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client

Requirements for Care Assistant :

• A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Right to work in the UK
