Madiba Limited is seeking a Waking Night - Support Worker in Doncaster to provide compassionate night-time care for young people aged 7–18. The role focuses on building relationships, supporting daily activities, and contributing to care plans.
No prior experience is required as full classroom and shadow shifts are provided to help you start confidently. You will work in a supportive team with 22:30–08:00 shifts, on a 4 nights on/4 nights off rotation, including weekends.
