Staff Nurse Respiratory

Please note this role supports a 24/7 service and therefore, as Registered Nurse, you will be required to work a combination of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays:

• - Early Shift: 7:00am-15:00pm / 7:30am - 15:30pm
• - Long Day: 7:00 am - 7:30pm / 07:30am - 8pm
• - Late Shift: 12:00 Noon - 8pm
• - Night Shift: 7pm - 7:30 am / 7:30-pm - 8am

The role of a Registered Nurse is varied, both equally challenging and rewarding, you will be at the forefront of providing direct patient care. Whilst also supporting the wider multi-disciplinary teams in your department and across the wider Trust who are motivated in promoting the delivery of clinically effective patient centred care & a dynamic service to all our patients & families

You should be able to demonstrate a good verbal & written command of English, alongside excellent communication & interpersonal skills as you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the patients' healthcare experiences by contributing to the ongoing support of the patients and their relative/visitors.

The post is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team which contributes to the effective and economical use of available resources such as stock control and the ordering of supplies. The jobholder will be required to supervise junior staff on a day-to-day basis as directed by the line manager.
