Trainee Sales Executive

Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team within our Midlands region on a 18 month fixed-term contract with opportunities available across the Mansfield and Horncastle areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
• Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
• Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
• Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Organised with good attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence Essential
• Willingness to travel across to different sites when required

You’ll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.

Programme Details

• 15-18-month programme (including End Point Assessment)
• Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement,
