Beauty Counter Manager: Lead Sales & Skincare

Boots UK is seeking a No7 Counter Manager to lead a in-store team and deliver outstanding skincare and beauty consultations. You will drive sales, coach staff to exceed targets and nurture customer relationships on the shop floor.

Reporting to the Store/General Manager, you will run promotions, manage KPIs and ensure the counter presents the No7 range at its best while supporting staff development through the Skin School programme.
