As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Mortgage Case Progressor to join our team.

The Role

As a Mortgage Case Progressor, you'll play a key role in managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring cases progress smoothly, clients are kept informed and any outstanding requirements are dealt with promptly.

You'll work closely with our mortgage advisers, lenders, solicitors and estate agents to keep transactions moving and deliver an excellent client experience.

This is an important position within our business, and we're looking for somebody who takes ownership of their work, communicates confidently and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and progress mortgage applications from submission to completion.
• Liaise regularly with mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients.
• Chase outstanding documents, valuations, mortgage offers and legal requirements.
• Provide clients with regular updates throughout their mortgage journey.
• Work closely with mortgage advisers to ensure applications are submitted accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on our CRM system.
• Identify potential delays and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Ensure cases meet internal service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks where required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous mortgage administration or case progression experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Confidence managing multiple cases and prioritising workloads.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• A professional, friendly and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience working within a mortgage brokerage, financial services business or estate agency would be advantageous.
