  • Conduct regular patrols of the development, identifying and reporting maintenance, cleaning, security and health & safety concerns.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond appropriately to incidents or suspicious activity.
  • Support fire safety, emergency procedures and building security measures.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide detailed handovers between shifts and complete administrative tasks such as logging repairs and incidents.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, reception, customer service or similar resident-facing role.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and the confidence to take ownership of issues.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and courteous when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, shift patterns and provide additional cover when required.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front-facing environment.
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
  • Understanding of the importance of health and safety, security and resident wellbeing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Why Join Us?

When you join Peabody, you're joining a team guided by our values:

Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together.

Interviews will be in person on Tuesday 3rd November on MS Teams.

  • This is a site-based role within a residential development.
