Right now, we're hiring a Customer Happiness Executive at a fast-growing wellness brand known for its adaptogenic coffee.

London (Angel), hybrid after probation

This is an entry-level role looking after the brand's community, making sure every customer gets great care.

What you'll do:

• Answer customer questions across email, chat and social
• Sort out orders, deliveries and subscriptions
• Spot patterns and help improve the customer experience
