About the Role

The role supports The Club Room, the hub of the clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. The Food and Beverage Assistant is key to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week. The role sits within a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure members receive excellent service every day, seven days a week.
• Support The Club Room as the hub where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
• Help deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion when engaging with individuals.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Previous hospitality experience.

Preferred Skills

• Emergency response qualification (desirable but not essential).
