Farmfoods is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Thornaby store. This permanent, full-time role covers 39 hours per week across five days, with some weekend work. You will support the manager, oversee daily shop operations, cash handling, and staff development to ensure a smooth, customer-focused service.
