Retail Customer Service Manager - Flexible Shifts & Benefits

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops across the UK. We are hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead in-store service, build client relationships and drive standards daily.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products, resolve customer concerns with empathy, and work toward targets while maintaining high shop standards and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends; rota set four weeks in advance.
